For non-English speaking students, pronunciation poses as their number one problem. Even if they have advanced grammar and wide lexical resource, the pronunciation becomes a hindrance in communication. The regional accent can sometimes be too hard that it is very difficult to understand. It is a fact that one does not want to listen to somebody who does not have a good pronunciation. So this is the dilemma of most non-English speaking students who want to travel, work or study in the United States of America or other English speaking countries.

But nowadays there are a lot of tools for one to improve his or her pronunciation, some online tutorials or software and some classes make it possible for non-English speaking students to improve their pronunciation.
