In prevention, there are "Six Primary Prevention Strategies" that can help you develop a more meaningful prevention awareness campaign.  While each of you enter this site with varied levels of experience in prevention, our goal (through this website) is to help you develop a better understanding of these strategies.

Below we have listed each of the six strategies, and we want you to rate how prepared you feel you are RIGHT NOW to include these strategies in your planning efforts.

We have developed a scale of 1 to 4 for you to use to tell us how prepared you feel to implement each strategy.

1 = Very Prepared:  You understand the meaning of the strategy and know ways to include it in your planning and implementation efforts. 2 = Prepared: You understand the meaning of the strategy and may be able to include it in your planning and implementation efforts. 3 = Hardly Prepared: You are not sure if you understand the meaning of the strategy or if you could include it in your planning and implementation efforts. 4 = Not Prepared: You do not understand the meaning of the strategy and would not be able to use it in your planning and implementation efforts.
